1.) Stretching
2.) Warm-up
3.) Floor work (to include stomach)
4.) Wrap hands
5.) Put on Boxing gloves
6.) Use of Proper technique .........
(jab, cross & hook punches / front, back & side kicks.....)
7.) Using heavy bags; kicking pads; focus mitts; and Muay Thai Pads
8.) You decide how hard you want to train; but you will have a partner
to help assist you during the workout sessions!
9.) Each workout session allows you to burn calories while having fun; in
addition to learning good fundamental boxing/Kickboxing/self-defense
10.) Gloves and Wraps can be purchased at Northland Fitness Boxing
or on your own; please consult with us first, so you buy the right gear!
Important Note: During the basic fitness boxing and kickboxing class there is "no-contact and/or sparring"; this class is for a fitness/workout only! You do not need any previous boxing/kickboxing experience to attend these fitness classes; our experienced instructors will show you everything you need to know.
